A little about us

Hello World,

My name is Sarah and I am the person behind Winsome Wicks.  Thank you for being here and for your interest!

Making candles began as a way for me to cope with the loss of my mother in October 2021.  I was gifted a candle-making kit for my birthday a few weeks later which I was incredibly grateful for.  I explored different waxes, scents, and colors and it was like Christmas morning every time I made them.  I sent out my first candles to friends for the holidays in the form of molded Christmas trees.

The more I worked with them, the more I came to love them and a special person suggested selling them - the idea of being able to share my candles and fragrances with others filled me with joy.  And so here we are.

My goal is to have each Winsome Wicks scent tell a story and stir up memories and emotions that can relax, uplift, and inspire you.  I look forward to hearing the stories you create.
